At LONDONTOWN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your beauty products.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
